Dear Alli,

Oh my life has been so busy lately! My apologizes for not writing in you for so long, but seems I have taken on more duties and neglect writing to keep a good record of these said duties.

The first understaking was simply something that I was involved with before, but of course this was the high peak of necessity. I signed up to participate in an event!

It was a glorious time really! Lots of fun and I got to throw paint all around! It was called...The Artist's Challenge I believe. I did have much fun, even with the few matches in which I was involved. Mainly I was allowed to keep score (and take pictures!). But there were people trying to paint blind-folded, throwing paint-filled sponges at one another, and even trying to put puzzles together! It was a lot of great fun!

The other major duty I have taken on in the past week is volunteering to teach Magic Shop classes. While it is not exactly volunteering as I do get paid, well, really the guild gets paid for my teaching, but I do find it rather fun to be in front of the class instead of in a chair taking notes. I've also found that I know a great deal more about the material due to teaching it and having to answer questions.

So far I have only taught two classes, and one did not have any students show up for. But it's a start! I have another class scheduled for next week, so soon I will get to teach again. I have had very good students so far and am hoping for that tread to continue.

I must be off to get more done! The more I get done, the more freetime I may eventually have!
